Terms And Conditions

We do not offer “change of mind” returns or order cancellations once payment has been received. We’d rather you had the right thing first time – so if you’re not sure about something email us before making an order.

 

Essentials Only want you to be satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a refund policy! This means that if you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the products for a refund or store credit, conditions below apply for this

 

Unused & unopened items

 

If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 30 days for a full refund of the product costs.  (We will not refund shipping costs & you will need to pay for return postage)

 

How to return:

Email info@essentialsonly.com.au with your order number & items being returned.  This step needs to be completed before you return your items to ensure we can process your refund or credit quickly, once we receive the products.  If you believe your items may be faulty, please email info@essentialsonly.com.au  with your order number and details of the issue. Please provide photo evidence if possible. We will process an exchange/refund as soon as possible for you

 

Pack up your unwanted items as safely and possible in a box and return your items to:

Once we receive the items back, we will refund or credit your account. (Please note this step is only completed when we receive your items back, please allow 2-5 days processing time after your items are received back at our warehouse).
