The Play Tent was created by an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher keen to share her love of natural, authentic PLAY.
We are advocates for play opportunities and experiences that activates the senses, encourages creative thinking, storytelling and skill building, develops a positive connection to nature, and is a big YES for process over product, unrushed, open-ended, child led PLAY!
We have begun creating Sensory Play experiences and kits with plant-dyed & scented playdough and storytelling sets with pre-loved books, homewares and themed loose parts to extend on your child’s imaginative play.
We’re excited to be a part of the Sunshine Coast ‘family’ and the many ideas we’re yet to release. Stay tuned… ☺
