The remedy itself combines a beautiful blend of skin loving herbs to refresh a tired complexion or to help reduce inflammation and redness by purifying the blood and lymph and helping to gently eliminate waste products. There are also wonderful antioxidants and herbs to nourish the skin. This blend is recommended for people who suffer regular skin complaints such as eczema and acne or for people who want to boost their daily skin routine or detoxification regime.

Used externally in a facial steam bath is also recommended to encourage it’s anti-inflammatory and soothing effects as well as helping to tone the skin.

Facial steam bath instructions

Fill a large bowl with very hot water (approximately 80 degrees)

Add up to 1 loose cup of Cleopatra

Put your face 8 inches above the bowl cautiously, making sure the steam is not too hot first.

Cover your head and the bowl with a towel or heavy piece of material like a tent.

Steam for 6 minutes.
