DIY KIT INFORMATION
Each DIY Kit includes enough raw ingredients to make 5 batches. The main aim of Essentials Only is to teach you how to make your own products so you know exactly what is in everything that you put on your body. It should be your choice right? This also helps to reduce packaging and waste which is great for our planet. Each Kit comes with full bottles of the essential oils recommended for this product, so enough to make the product itself 5 times plus more. If you’d prefer to use oils you already have or none at all (possible for some of our Kits) we also offer our quality raw ingredients separately.

Essentials Only want you to be satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer a refund policy! This means that if you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the products for a refund or store credit, conditions below apply for this
Unused & unopened items
If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 30 days for a full refund of the product costs. (We will not refund shipping costs & you will need to pay for return postage)
How to return:
Email info@essentialsonly.com.au with your order number & items being returned. This step needs to be completed before you return your items to ensure we can process your refund or credit quickly, once we receive the products. If you believe your items may be faulty, please email info@essentialsonly.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Please provide photo evidence if possible. We will process an exchange/refund as soon as possible for you
