Unused & unopened items
If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 30 days for a full refund of the product costs. (We will not refund shipping costs & you will need to pay for return postage)
How to return:

This step needs to be completed before you return your items to ensure we can process your refund or credit quickly, once we receive the products. If you believe your items may be faulty, please email info@essentialsonly.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Please provide photo evidence if possible. We will process an exchange/refund as soon as possible for you
