COVID-19 MARKET GUIDELINES

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]It is lovely seeing the Sunshine Coast get back to our new normal. It has been such a long few months for so many of us, especially small businesses who have had massive losses due to the lockdown. We are very excited to get our market back up and running but we do have a few new rules that we are asking everyone to abide by.

What we are doing…
  • New layout with 1.5 metre gap between stalls ensuring that 4 metre guidelines.
  • The isles will be much bigger allowing traffic to flow naturally and safely.
  • Multiple hand sanitizer stations available around the market and at each stall.
  • Majority of stalls having paywave options to provide contactless payment.

 

What we ask you to do…
  • Only one customer in a 3×3 stall at a time. Our stallholders will be in charge of their stall, please give them grace and understanding if you need to wait before entering their stall.
  • As we are an outdoor event, we ask that you not congregate in large groups of 10 or more, especially in the isles. We have a lot of space available surrounding the market, feel free to spread out.
  • Cash payment is discouraged as the majority of our stalls have paywave options. But if you need to pay with cash, please have the right amount to lessen the exchange of money.
  • Please practice social distancing during your visit to our market. We all need to lead by example.
  • And above all, be respectful of those around you and enjoy our wonderful market!
